The value of visual content

Shooting the pictures of our product lines, we wanted to talk a bit about the value of visual content and how important this is, when running an online business. 

Lets face it, we are visual beings. We process visual content before we commit, and therefore emphasising this in your marketing strategy is crucial for engaging your target group, generating leads and of course maximising revenue streams.  

The saying "A picture says more than a thousand words" is so true when it comes to exploiting the visual content opportunities for your business.

The growing competition online allows for only the best content to reach the spotlight, and it is proven that content with relevant images gets 94% more views than content without relevant images to it.

To grow organically as a business, which is inarguably the most valuable path to success, it is also a fact that you need your social media fronts to be up to date with the best content non-stop. And again here visual content drives engagement, making it over 40-times likely to get shared on social media than other types of content. From analyzing Facebook posts with images we see a result of 2.3-times more engagement. While tweets with images received 150% more retweets than tweets without one. 

Of course to make your potential customers engage with your site, products, blog etc., it is essential to know who you are targeting. Learning about the needs and wants of your audience, is more important than pushing content out, just so you can stick to your schedule! 

That being said, get out there and find motives that will drive traffic to your business platform and create some quality visual content to get your audience to engage with your brand. Because loyal customers is a priceless asset.
